Operation precautions: Closed operation, strengthen ventilation. Operators must undergo special training and strictly abide by the operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear filter-type gas masks, chemical safety glasses, anti-poison penetration work clothes, and rubber oil-resistant gloves. Stay away from fire and heat sources, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Use explosion-proof ventilation systems and equipment. Prevent steam from leaking into the air in the workplace. Avoid contact with oxidants and acids. The flow rate should be controlled during filling, and there should be a grounding device to prevent static electricity accumulation. Load and unload gently during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging and containers. Equip with corresponding types and quantities of fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment. Empty containers may have harmful substances.
Storage precautions: Usually the product is added with inhibitors. Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 30℃. The packaging must be sealed and cannot come into contact with air. It should be stored separately from oxidants and acids, and must not be mixed. It is not suitable for large-scale storage or long-term storage. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to generate sparks. The storage area should be equipped with emergency treatment equipment for leakage and appropriate containment materials.
Packaging method: small opening steel drum; lattice box outside thin steel drum or tinned thin steel drum (can); ordinary wooden box outside ampoule bottle; ordinary wooden box outside threaded glass bottle, iron cap pressed glass bottle, plastic bottle or metal drum (can); full bottom lattice box, fiberboard box or plywood box outside threaded glass bottle, plastic bottle or tinned thin steel drum (can).
Transportation precautions: Railway transportation should be strictly in accordance with the dangerous goods loading table in the "Dangerous Goods Transportation Rules" of the Ministry of Railways. During transportation, the transport vehicle should be equipped with fire-fighting equipment and leakage emergency treatment equipment of corresponding types and quantities. It is best to transport in the morning and evening in summer. The tank (tank) car used for transportation should have a grounding chain, and a perforated partition can be set in the tank to reduce static electricity generated by vibration. It is strictly forbidden to mix and transport with oxidants, acids, edible chemicals, etc. During transportation, it should be protected from exposure to sunlight, rain and high temperature. When stopping over, keep away from fire, heat sources, and high-temperature areas. The exhaust pipe of the vehicle carrying the item must be equipped with a fire-blocking device, and it is prohibited to use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to sparks for loading and unloading. When transporting by road, follow the prescribed route and do not stop in residential areas or densely populated areas. When transporting by rail, it is prohibited to release the item.
